Thanksgiving was a blur this year. Olivia had a fever on Tuesday and we shouldn't have traveled to South Texas on Wednesday. But we did anyway. And regretted it almost immediately. The best part of the trip, apart from spending time with family, was Thanksgiving day at my Grandma Sheila's house. The weather was sunny and beautiful and we spent a large part of the day outside watching the kids play (primarily Tyley, Makayla, Nathan and Olivia although Allen and Gregory were also present). I didn't take any pictures. Olivia's fever came back Thursday evening and we came home from Lolo's house on Friday morning. Thanksgiving, in the books.
On Saturday, Olivia perked up a little and we spent some time playing outside with sidewalk chalk. She also "helped" me organize Pampered Chef party orders. Photo evidence also suggests she was feeling well enough to enjoy a chocolate covered pretzel from Buckee's too...

| The only photo evidence we were in South Texas. This is in my grandmother's study. She had a stack of old children's books and Nathan wanted to read them all. Of course, sister had to join in. |

| My big helper warming up the inventory list for me. |
| "Mommy, I'll check them off while you put them in bags..." |
| "Oh, hi. No, this is definitely NOT sidewalk chalk on my mouth." |
| "Okay, you got me! It is sidewalk chalk." |
| "But look, the pink matches my pants!" |
| Yummy! |
| Playing outside after church on Sunday. I know we were at church because Nathan is wearing one of his "church shirts." |
| My sweet angels. My cup overflows. |
